SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Our Mahjong sets are made to order. Please allow 7–9 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates
Standard US shipping is $8 for orders under $70. Standard US shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15. Rates and available services are displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit times
After the order has been produced and shipped, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days and express delivery generally takes 1–3 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express shipping speeds up transit only; it does not shorten the 7–9 business day production time.

Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent after the order leaves our facility. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us through the store Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us through the Contact page and we will help review the available carrier information.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly through the Contact page with the order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue.
